$200 daily rates for weekends (2 night minimum)
$250 daily rate for holidays and special events (2 night minimum)

*any funds received after the 1st day of occupancy will result in a 5% late fee of the total costs up to 7 days; then after 7 days a 10% late fee will be assessed--no exceptions
